Our Story
Lucy Paget discovered the land that became Apothefinca and built her home beneath the branches of the Guanacaste tree.
Over time, the tree became more than a landmark. It became a place to return to, to write beneath, to seek refuge, to listen and begin again.
The Home Tree is the story of a life that followed a wilder call - and the tree that held Lucy through it. It is a love letter to nature, to belonging, and to learning to trust your own direction.
